We all come into this world knowing only joy, with an inner voice that loves and guides us, it reminds us daily how valuable and unique we are. However for many reasons as we grow up, we stop hearing it, it never stops guiding us, but it gets drowned out by external noise.
We are human, we are incredible, and we have remarkable resources at our disposal; we have brilliant minds and highly sophisticated bodies. Yet so many of us are struggling with, or suffering through our lives. We feel like life is running us, instead of us running our life. We are surviving instead of thriving.
I believe that we have all the resources we need inside of us. I believe we are born with the equivalent of a top of the range GPS within us, which has the potential to guide us effortlessly to living our best life. Unfortunately it does not matter how good your GPS is, unless you enter a postcode, you are going no where... My job is to help you find your postcode.
Using a combination of meditation, yoga, hypnotherapy and rapid transformational therapy I will help you tune back into your inner wisdom so you find your missing peace.
One of the greatest gift I can share is to teach you to meditate. It is one of the best way I have found to tune you into your inner wisdom, and help you regain the power, strength and stability that you were born with. Meditation allows you to live your life from a truly authentic and stable place. I love watching clients' lives blossom when we introduce a regular meditation practise in.
The subconscious part of our mind is a treasure trove of wisdom, and through hypnotherapy we can access this wisdom. I love to use hypnotherapy to guide your subconcious to speak up, because the sub-concious is the part of us that really knows at a deep level what we need, and why we are blocking ourselves from it.
Yoga helps you find your balance and realise your stresses. We live in a very over-stimulating city, and time in history, we are very rarely able to 'switch off' and 'reboot' mentally, yoga provides the space for you to have a conversation with your body, to work things out physically and emotionally in a gentle but most powerful way. Yoga is an amazing tool that i love to use, it helps you relax, release and reboot. It retrains the body and the nervous system, allowing you to remember the importance of rest, it has incredible benefits for your body, mind and spirit.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, and Neuroscience. It is one of the most effective therapies available for achieving fast and permanent results. I have so much respect for Marisa Peer who developed the technic and who has helped thousands of people world wide increase their self esteem and improve the quality of their lives.
Another one of my favourite tools, and it is not to be underestimated; the therapeutic benefits of deep relaxation are remarkable. Most of us have been taught that life is hard, and only through hard work and struggle will you achieve your goals. Yet deep relaxation proves otherwise. It is one of the easiest, yet most powerful tools I use. Many of my clients had just forgotten the importance of their self care, and are then amazed at what positive changes happen when I prescribe a regular relaxation. Researchers at Harvard Medical School discovered that, in long-term practitioners of relaxation there were far more "disease-fighting genes" active, compared to those who did not. Deep relaxation proves that change does not have to be hard. I have a selection of guided relaxations available to purchase, and I also lead regular free live group relaxation sessions on-line because I am so passionate about its potency. Such little effort, such powerful rewards - this one seems to good to be true, but it is not...
