Join us for a transformative experience combining serene accommodation, rejuvenating yoga sessions and breathtaking natural surroundings. Rediscover your inner peace and reignite your passion for life.
We'll be staying on Polem Beach, a stunning and peaceful stretch of coastline where beachfront bungalows meet the ocean. With two fully equipped yoga shalas right on the sand, you'll move through sessions overlooking the sea.
Cat and I are so excited to be your guides on this journey. As certified Dru Yoga teachers, we've curated a schedule designed to truly nourish your wellbeing — with two to three sessions daily spanning yoga, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and Qi Gong. Each day offers a range of rejuvenating choices, so you can tailor the experience to suit your mood and lift your spirit.
What we'll do together
Each day brings 2-3 wellbeing sessions, held in a beautiful outdoor shala overlooking the ocean. Expect a gorgeous mix of:

Two experienced Dru Yoga teachers, Cat and Amy, will be holding the space throughout — both with a deep passion for holistic wellbeing that we can't wait to share with you.
Beyond the sessions, there's plenty of time to relax and unwind on the beach, treat yourself to an Ayurvedic massage or private holistic session, or explore Goa itself. We'll organise optional local outings along the way too — perhaps even a magical sunset boat trip.
Where you'll stay
You'll be welcomed into a boutique beach hut with ocean views, a private veranda and en-suite bathroom, each beautifully designed with natural materials and touches of Indian fabric. Various room options are available, from sea view to beachfront, solo or shared.
What you'll eat
You will be served healthy vegetarian and plant-based brunches, dinners and snacks, freshly prepared in the kitchen by the onsite chefs. Meals are a mix of Indian and Western dishes with plenty of choices. Fruits, coffee, tea and mineral water are available all day and there is a chai & juice bar on site.

Book an onsite Massage with the resident masseur or various treatments that Cat and Amy offer
There will be excursions on offer to book when you arrive - for example, day trips to local shopping areas & other beaches, bars and lunch spots, group dinner out together one evening in a local restaurant, a day trip to a Spice Farm and/or local temples, sunrise/ sunsets boat trips for dolphin watching, local markets etc

How to Book
A non-refundable deposit of £400pp is required to secure your place
30% of the remaining balance is due 3 months before the retreat (or sooner, if you prefer)

Cancellation policy
We are thrilled you’re joining us on this lovely Retreat, but we know that sometimes things happen and you have to cancel your plans. Please read through the cancellation policy so you’re fully aware of the terms before you make a booking.
Deposits are 100% non-refundable
• Bookings are non-transferable to another date but we are open for an agreement if someone will take your place
• Please get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason
• Refunds will be made according to the date of cancellation. (Please refer to cancellation policy below)
• Retreats require a minimum of 10 or more people. If we are unable to run the retreat due to fewer bookings, you’ll receive a full refund
• If we have to cancel the retreat due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, you’ll receive a full refund
• No refund available if there is a no-show
• No refund available if you have to cut your stay short
• Cancellations 60 or fewer days before the retreat start date: no refund
• Cancellations 61+ days before the retreat start date: 50% refund
Refunds are based on the balance of the full price paid but excludes the deposit
