Do you wake up tired before the day has even begun?

Do you find yourself going through the motions, giving to everyone around you, but running on empty inside?

You're not alone in that. And you don't have to stay there.

This gentle but powerful morning has been created for exactly that feeling. A proper pause. A chance to put everything down for a couple of hours and actually come back to yourself.

What we'll do together

We'll move through gentle Dru Yoga to release the tension your body has been quietly holding, then settle into guided beginner friendly breathwork that will calm your nervous system and reconnect you with your own natural energy. We'll finish with a deep relaxation that will leave you feeling restored in a way that sleep sometimes can't reach.

No experience is needed and nothing is forced. Everything is offered as an invitation, and you simply do what feels right for your body on the day.

What to bring

A yoga mat or large towel
A blanket and small pillow for the breathwork and relaxation
A bottle of water
A notepad and pen if you'd like to capture anything that comes up
