Meditating for just 15 minutes a day will reduce your stress level, improve your clarity, increase your daily happiness and help you realise what is genuinely important to you, so you can live a life you truly love.

Weekly yoga classes

To me yoga is like magic, as it gently opens your body and your mind, it generates positive changes in your life.

Each hour class includes yoga, breath work, deep relaxation, and meditation.

Beginners on-line meditation course

A six week meditation course for beginners which includes:

  • Weekly email with full  instructions for the week

  • Weekly recorded meditation

  • Weekly breathing exercise

  • Weekly well-being ritual

  • 1 hour of 1-2-1 meditation coaching
