To me yoga is like magic, as it gently opens your body and your mind, it generates positive changes in your life.
Each hour class includes yoga, breath work, deep relaxation, and meditation.
No previous experience needed.

A therapeutic relaxation is an effortless yet powerful tool that will boost your immune system, and soothe your mind. It increases your heart health, reduces your stress level, and improves your sleep... all these benefits, and all you have to do is lay down and listen.
My life purpose is to bring more peace into the world, and group relaxation is a powerful way to fill the atmosphere with good vibes.
These sessions are free, they are a gift from me to anyone who wants to benefit...
