Each hour class includes yoga, breath work, deep relaxation, and meditation.

No previous experience is needed. Beginners welcome.

A therapeutic relaxation is an effortless yet powerful tool that will boost your immune system, and soothe your mind. It increases your heart health, reduces your stress level, and improves your sleep... all these benefits, and all you have to do is lay down and listen.

 

My life purpose is to bring more peace into the world, and group relaxation is a powerful way to fill the atmosphere with good vibes.

One of the most valuable tools that I can teach you is to meditate; the personal power you gain is limitless.

Meditating for just 15 minutes a day will reduce your stress level, improve your clarity, increase your daily happiness and help you realise what is genuinely important to you, so you can live a life you truly love.

When you master meditation you master your life.

It is easier than you think, and I can teach you in person or via zoom.
