Yoga to me is therapy and exercise in one. It gently opens your body and your mind and releases energy blockages to elevate your mood and generate powerful positive changes in your life. My yoga classes are very nourishing and restorative to gently stretch and detox, align and energize. Boosting your immune system, increasing your vitality, and soothing your nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and amazing.

Deep relaxation

Relaxation is the state of wellbeing we experience when we stop creating tension in the body or the mind. A guided therapeutic relaxation is an effortless, yet powerful, tool that will boost your immune system, and soothe your mind. It increases your heart health, reduces your stress level, balances your emotions, and improves your sleep… and all you have to do is lay down and listen.
